In searching for the right food for my daughter’s Quince, I wanted something that reminded me of “home” and what I grew up with. Chef Ramiro has exactly that! I literally based my daughter’s Quince off of his food and availability. Anybody can do carnitas, frijoles y arroz… his menu elevates a party whether you choose the buffet or table served option. We opted for a buffet and our menu included the following: Ensalada de Mango y Jicama, Mole Poblano con Pollo, Puntas de Arrachera en salsa mestiza, Lasana de Nopales y Calabacitas, Arroz Rojo, Frijoles refritos, tortillas, bread rolls and 2 aguas frescas. The food and aguas were all amazing! I received so many compliments about the menu we had, including from a family member who has his own catering service out in Placerville. Chef Ramiro and his team helped with making dinner flow effortlessly. They did a great job with serving and going around to the tables to make sure everyone was good and taking dishes away. I couldn’t have asked for better food and service. I would highly recommend Chef Ramiro to anyone.

El chef Ramiro alarcon y su catering company Cielito lindo se encargaron del bufet para la fiesta de quinceañera de mi hija. Realmente la comida estaba excelente! Todos nuestros invitados complementaron la comida. Especialmente la punta de arrachera con salsa de chile mecco una delicia!
Y por supuesto la atención por parte de los meseros fue realmente de primera hicieron un trabajo super profecional.

El Chef Ramiro es el mejor chef mexicano en Sacramento. Su comida es deliciosa, “sí sabe a México” y el servicio que todo su equipo otorga es inigualable. La mejor decisión al contratarlos. 100% recomendable. 

Chef Ramiro and Cielito Lindo is one of the best catering business I have done business with. I hired them for an event for 150 guests and was one of the best experience I have had. On the first meetings I could tell the passion and pride Cheff Ramiro has for his food and customer service. He listened to what we wanted and was so invested in ensuring we were pleased and satisfied. He came over and provided multiple testings until we were 100% content. His plates were not only beautiful but were delicious. All my guests were impressed with the presentation and taste. My family and I have hired them in multiple occasions and I recommend this to everyone.

Wow wow wow! What else can I say about Chef Ramiro and Cielito Lindo. Chef Ramiro was so personable and attentive with me and my wife. The food tasting experience alone was incredible. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, we were absolutely blown away. The food was incredible! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the appetizers and the buffet. We couldn’t have asked for a better food experience on our special day. So grateful to Chef Ramiro and his team for an amazing experience. Highly recommend him for your special day and/or event.
